If innovation is not decreed, it is accompanied. Thus, there can be no reflection on innovation without considering its political aspects. Because the political situation not only a vision, but it allows to organize, to provide a framework in which stakeholders can express their creativity.

The objective of the roundtable is to bring a fresh perspective between a local politician and a national politician on the state of play and issues of relations between laboratories and companies from the point of view of research policies and innovation.

How to regional and local points of view such relationships were considered / historically supported through political, interest (not just economic) a reconciliation of research (private and public) with civil society represents for the development of territory (as an engine of growth, creator of economic and cultural value) but also pitfalls and levers which have different policies and confront today ..

Like a leitmotif throughout means, is needed to stimulate innovation and the economy closer corporate laboratories. But what is it really now?

Are the two worlds so distant from each other? If they do not, they are the reasons for this apparent disconnect? A different approach, language, culture actors?

It is to these questions that the panel wishes to respond by crossing the glances of the field. Starting from their point of view, the experience, they talk us of how these laboratories ventures whose relations were considered, manage and support. What are the pitfalls encountered the brakes and how, concretely answers have been and are being made today. They also speak of the wealth of these encounters, beyond their purely techno-scientific aspects.

Building together the innovation of tomorrow. Yes, but how? Beyond the traditional economic support structures born in recent decades to stimulate business creation and growth of new collectives have been created to further enhance laboratory-enterprise relations.

But these new agoras are they a new layer "layer cake" or their existing intake is it really different, complementary to the existing?

How then, does the proposed merger? How is this innovative to promote a common culture of innovation?
