Jean-Charles Cadiou

Jean Charles Cadiou is Vice President of the University of Nantes in charge of relations with business. Research professor since 1997 and University Professor since 2005, he is the Chairman of SAS CAPACITES, a subsidiary of the University of Nantes.

After a Doctorate in Automation and Robotics at the University Pierre et Marie Curie, he became Lecturer at the University of Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines. He participated in the opening of the Industrial Engineering and Maintenance Department and the Department Mechanical and Production Engineering at the Mantes La Jolie site he headed after their empowerment as full-University Technical Insitute in January 2001.

 

François Duthoit

François Duthoit is Director R & T at DCNS first shipbuilding system supplier for the French Navy.

Scientific training and experience by engineer (School of Physics and Chemistry of Paris with a postgraduate thesis on Polymer acoustic sensors), F. Duthoit is also a member of the French Naval Reserve.

Having spent most of his career at Thales before joining DCNS, Engineer Research sonar, he became Technical Director at Thales Naval Division (in Sydney, then in Paris and Sophia Antipolis). During the six years of his assignment in Australia, he has also held various positions (director general of the Australian Sonar Systems Pty Ltd, Chairman of the Technical Committee of the Australian Maritime Engineering Cooperative Research Center, and head of the Master in Software Engineering at the University of Technology).

In his current position at DCNS, François Duthoit is in charge of strategic planning for the technical group, R & T funded and self-financing, including national and international cooperation.

Former government agency, DCNS has obtained a private status (government owned) in 2003 and recovered in 2007 naval activities of Thales, acquiring at the same time 25% of the shareholding.

 

Feltmann Beatrice

After studying business at EM Lyon, Beatrice Feltmann started his career in marketing consumer products. She was successively assistant product manager, product manager and marketing manager in companies or groups like Bridel, Lardenois - Kiwi and Dairy Holy Father in Loire Atlantique.

Then recruited to the CCI Rennes as adviser Companies in the field of IAA, she held various functions oriented Economic Development as from businesses that local authorities Pays de Rennes.

Since 2007, the potential of Green Business sector mobilizes his time and energy first in the CCI and since 2010 as Director of écoorigin cluster.

 

Pierre Karleskind

A graduate of Polytechnic and School of Brest engineers Ensta Pierre Karleskind holds doctorate in oceanography unun obtained within IUEM.

Socialist past nine years, he is Vice President of the Regional Council of Brittany (Europe and Sea), alderman and Brest. He has been named vice president of the community of communes Brest Métropole in charge of higher education and research and is the new president of Technopole Brest Iroise since 2014

Pierre Karleskind directs SEMAEB (Society for the Study of the development and Brittany equipment) since 2012.

 

Philippe Laredo

Philippe Laredo is director of research at the Université Paris-Est (Ecole des Ponts, the Paris Institute research and innovation in companies, IFRIS), and professor at the University of Manchester (Manchester Business School, Manchester Institute of Innovation Research, MIOIR) .

 

His research focuses firstly on the innovations of rupture and construction markets, and also on public policies for research and innovation, particularly characterization and evaluation. From 2004 to 2009 he coordinated the European Network of Excellence PRIME on research and innovation policies (now the EU Forum SPRI funded by fifteen European academic institutions). Since early 2014 he coordinates the project for European research infrastructures distributed on innovation and research (RISIS).

 

Moulinier Hervé

An engineer by training, Hervé Moulinier is Director of Forecasting and Strategy Technical Division of Thales Defence Mission Systems. He is Vice President of Pôle Mer Bretagne Atlantique after actively participating in its creation and occupied the presidency for 10 years. He is also President of the Maritime National School (ENSM), Telecom administrator Britain, the School of Commerce of Brest and many other local training institutions.

 

Viale Beatrice

Doctor of Law, a specialist in public policies of the European Union, Viale Beatrice was first interested in the engineering of European research projects. Since 2005 she is in charge of the development of research development at the University Rennes 2. Today director of research and enhancement within the University, it provides parallel the function of Deputy Director of Bretagne Valorisation ® including coordinating service training.

Member of the Board of Directors of the CURIE Network and the information network dedicated to the research framework program and developing the European Union (SSH NCPs - FP7), she is involved in actions aimed at Human Sciences and Society.
